Luke Grimes is an American musician and actor. He's played in many popular films and TV series, such as American Sniper Fifty Shades of Grey and Yellowstone. His captivating and varied performances along with his passion to music is what has made him so popular. Luke Timothy Grimes, an American actor. Luke Grimes is best known for his performances in the critically acclaimed movie American Sniper the Fifty Shades series of films and the acclaimed drama series Yellowstone (2018-present). Grimes was born in Dayton Ohio the son of a Pentecostal pastor. Grimes was a graduate of Dayton Christian High School in 2002. His family is an orthodox and religious family and was a student at Dayton Christian High School. When he graduated from high school, in 2002 Luke relocated into New York City to pursue his ambition of being an actor. He attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in which he pursued acting classes over two years. To improve his musical abilities, he also studied guitar as well as singing.
